“I worked with Amanda for 4 months with one of Maggies Rescue’s trickier foster pups. She was the reason why Dorito went from being unadoptable to now finding his forever home. She saw and used methods that no-one else would have thought of and was extremely intelligent with all aspects of dog psychology. Dorito struggled with resource guarding, becoming extremely serious at some points. With in-depth written training guides, video calls, consistent check ins and a few weeks stay with Amanda, he was able to overcome this and was eventually able to leave a raw steak in front of him and make eye contact before given the release command to eat it.
